Website and service terms

Business details

Polarity Electrics London Ltd, company number 14815445, registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. NICEIC #602034000.

Website information

Website content is general information, not a substitute for a site-specific electrical assessment, fire-risk assessment, legal advice or insurer requirements. Postcode pages describe normal coverage but do not guarantee availability or a fixed response time. Standards and legislation can change; the requirements applicable to a job are confirmed when the work is scoped.

Quotes and bookings

A website enquiry is not an accepted booking. A binding agreement arises when we confirm the scope, price, timing and any applicable terms. Unless a quote states otherwise, prices exclude VAT and additional work requires approval. Customers must provide accurate site information, safe access, relevant records and suitable working conditions.

Standards and certification

Work is carried out to the legislation and edition of the applicable technical standard in force for the contracted work. As at 29 July 2026, the website references BS 7671:2018+A3:2024, BS 5839-1:2025 and BS 5266-1:2025 where relevant. Reports record the installation condition observed at the time and do not guarantee that faults cannot arise later.

Changes, cancellation and access

Booking changes and cancellation charges depend on the confirmed quotation and notice given. We may stop or reschedule work where access, isolation, asbestos information, site safety or other conditions make attendance unsafe or prevent the agreed work.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or applicable consumer statutory rights. Any other limitations are those set out in the accepted quotation or contract and are subject to applicable law.

Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Contact info@polarityelectrics.com or 0203 908 4790 with questions.
